ICF House Steel, Tunbridge Wells

We supplied and installed the structural steel package for a private residential project in Tunbridge Wells, delivered for a small main contractor specialising in one-off house builds. The property was constructed using Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF), a system requiring accurate coordination and disciplined setting out.

Due to the precision of the ICF build method, the contractor worked directly from architect and engineer-issued CAD drawings with verified setting-out information, removing the need for additional site survey prior to fabrication.

The steelwork was detailed, fabricated and installed in accordance with programme requirements, completing the package on time and within budget.
