Access Stairs, Heathfield

We designed, fabricated and installed a small external access staircase for Airbnb accommodation located on a rural farm in Heathfield. The brief required a compliant and durable solution that met the requirements of Approved Document Part K of the Building Regulations while remaining sympathetic to the rural setting.

The staircase was detailed in-house, fabricated off-site and finished with a hot zinc spray corrosion protection system followed by a powder-coated finish to provide long-term durability in an exposed external environment.

Installation was completed efficiently and seamlessly, delivering a safe, compliant and low-maintenance access solution for the property.
