32 units - Modular Housing Package, St. Leonards
We supplied the structural steelwork for 16 modular homes, comprising a total of 32 individual modules. The package involved 64 tonnes of fabricated steel across more than 500 individual components.
Each unit was supplied as a discrete module, with all members fully itemised and colour-coded for delivery. This ensured that every package was easily identifiable and efficiently integrated into the client’s production workflow. Given the modular manufacturing environment, fabrication tolerances were tightly controlled within ±2mm to maintain overall production accuracy and prevent cumulative dimensional issues during assembly.
We worked closely with the client’s in-house design team throughout the detailing and fabrication process to ensure seamless integration with the wider modular structure. As the steel frame was the only outsourced element of the production process, coordination and dimensional accuracy were critical.
Through disciplined detailing, controlled fabrication and structured delivery planning, the package supported efficient off-site assembly while maintaining the high precision standards required for modular construction.
